Athletic ability is one of physical fitness, it is the football players to improve the technical and tactical excellence and create a variety of body movement must have Ability in general. Athletes of the physical development of their athletic ability and play a pre-condition is the material basis for football sports. From this we can see that physical ability in sports among athletes possess an important role. In accordance with the key training theory, sport is skill dominated Competition Event, and the movement of the key features of groups with a comprehensive physical fitness requirements of athletes, there are strength, speed, agility and flexibility, general endurance and speed endurance .The main purpose of this study is to verify the pre load training football players in the feasibility of training. Training in the use of pre load theory, the experimental group and control group, design appropriate experiments, carried out experiments in the study, and in the end of the experiment the experimental and control groups were compared, the conclusions drawn in this study.In this paper, literature, logic, statistics, experimental and other research methods, with Shanghai Institute of Physical Education Men's Soccer Team for the experimental subjects, after 10 weeks of pre load test, will test before and after the physical, skills, analysis of the situation, discussion, By the following main conclusions:1, after 10 weeks of physical training for preloading experiments, the experimental group, speed, strength, agility and endurance test results indicators have improved to varying degrees, in which endurance and sensitive indicators show significant differences, indicating that physical training for preloading Football players can effectively promote the development of tolerance and sensitivity capabilities.2, both the experimental group or control group, after the experiment of speed, strength and endurance scores were improved than before the experiment, the experimental group increased amplitude of each score was higher but not significantly increased in both . Therefore, compared with the general physical training, short-term training for preloading the development of football players on the strength and speed advantage of the quality is not obvious.3, due to preloading of the experiments confirmed that physical training can improve the athlete's physical fitness and skills, so physical training in other sports, you can refer to this study, preloading the implementation of physical fitness.
