Investigation On The Living Environment Of Grass-root Organization Of Urban Community Sport In Wuhan

With the great development of our economy and society, the citizens have gradually turned from"the people in the company"to"the people in the neighborhood". People's awareness of self-service and self-management has gone through great changes so that people become more desirous of physical exercises in the community, and they get to participate in the exercises. In this background, the grass-root organization of urban community sport for the residents in Wuhan has been flourishing. By investigating and analyzing its current situation, it is aimed to know both the positive and negative factors in the development of the grass-root organization of urban community sport in Wuhan, thus guiding their direction.The paper mainly deals with the grass-root organization of urban community sport in Wuhan by the methods of the literature material law and questionnaire. Through analyzing their current development, it makes the following conclusions. (1) The material elements they face are as follows: The main participants are old people from retirement, the people who manages them are mostly part-time takers and the instructors for the grass-root organization of urban community sport are in short; the lack of funds are the top problem and it is still difficult to solve it even though it is introduced into the market; the playground and facilities for the grass-root organization of urban community sport in wuhan are adequate, but most of them are not open to the residents; the lack of information exchange with the outside world results in the slow up-gradation of internal resources. (2) The non-material elements include the following: The potential of the grass-root organization of urban community sport can't be fully explored in China's current sports administration; The participants have been gradually enlarged because of the residents'strengthening awareness of the grass-root organization of urban community sport.Based on the current situation of the grass-root organization of urban community sport in Wuhan, the paper puts forward five proposals: (1) The net for the grass-root organization of urban community sport should be established, creating a orderly administration environment. (2)The type of exercise should be updated actively, so that the young will become more attracted to the grass-root organization of urban community sport. (3) The self-construction of the grass-root organization of urban community sport in Wuhan should be accelerated; (4) The Integration of Sports Resources should be pushing on. (5) The funds should be raised by multicultural methods.
