In recent years, the serious employment situation is causing people to reflect on the value of education.It is widely considered that the problem of education of teaching students scientific knowledge could not meet the social and economic development. Therefore, education must be changed in order to meet the social development needs.And especially the situation of employment should be reformed appropriately. The problem of employment is plaguing people to take active measures to develop new educational models. In this context, the higher vocational education model should be significantly changed in order to meet more students' desire of solution to the employment problem, while stimulating domestic demand and expanding the scale of consumption. However, an increasing number of university graduates with traditional mode are facing serious employment problems. Therefore, a new educational mode that is enterprise guidance which not only for training business but also creating new jobs is getting into the vision of our higher vocational fields and is been carrying out in full swing.Enterprise guidance is a combination of educational theory and practice in business areas. In 1998, the formal subject was brought into the academic field. At the same time, more and more leaders and educators pay attention to the enterprise guidance.A group of pilot colleges and universities were established by Business Guidance of the Ministry of Education in order to make better ways to carry out enterprise guidance. Scientific and technological achievements were promoted by enterprise guidance in colleges.Enterprise guidance courses are set up to train entrepreneurial talents in an effective way. The theoretical and practical guidance was explored in this paper, based on the 8 Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province. By viewing schools and studying data, the results showed that:Firstly, students were lack of abilities to improve their qualities of enterprise. Secondly, an appropriate system of guiding ideology and curriculum were not set up by vocational colleges. Finally, enterprise guidance of higher vocational colleges are lack of strong supporting system of society, government and business.Based on the analyses of problems above, the strategies of constructing enterprise guidance system in higher vocational colleges were obtained:First, clear guidance goals should be established to strengthen their own enterprise quality by themselves by students.Second, clear guiding ideology should be made by higher vocational colleges.Therefore, the people-centered philosophy and improving students enterprise abilities should be carried out by colleges. The "three-span crossing" system was named:cross-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary and cross-grade. The enterprise guidance curriculum was built based on the "three-span crossing" system. Thirdly, "four in one" entrepreneurial skills training system was set up to improve practice abilities of teacher and student. Finally, the "trinity" support system was built to put the government as the core in this system. The other organizations were society and business and so on. The "trinity" support system made the enterprise guidance health and effective.According to the measures above, higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province was reformed based on the enterprise guidance system.More outstanding entrepreneurial talents would be trained by this education model. And it was benefit for social and economic development..
