Studies And Strategies Of Status Quo And Problems About Career Psychological Guidance Of Vocational College Students

With the development of vocational college in china, the scale of colleges is expanding, the number of students is increasing and employment situation is becoming serious. Psychological problems of employment have exposed and have been taken into accout by psychologist,educationist and managers. It is very important for students to guide and dredge their psychological problems of employment. We must help them to build wholesome psychology of employment so that they can adapt to their work and life in the future. At the same time we can relieve the pressure of employment issues and maintain social harmony and stability.In this study, psychological problems of students, the employment guidance's theme,content, from and expections of students are investigated by using questionaires, interviews from five different types of vocafional teachers and students, in order to learn about the status of psychological guidance. We find that there are many problems in employment of psychological guidance by investigating, such as:We have a little time for employment of psychological guidance, poor pertinence; content is not comprehensive, weak practical; unscientific methods, convergence and more; single forms, less opportunities to practice; non-specialized team and poor coordination. For above questions, we bring up some strategies:firstly we should make full of school educational function to promote employment of psychological guidance; secondly we should recognize the situation of students and society to improve comprehensive competitiveness; thirdly family education plays important role in guidance; lastly we must exert regulatory role of administrative means to improve students'employment.
