Xingtai Middle School Basketball Team Investigation And Analysis Of Influence Factors

The period of Middle school is a vital basal period for fostering reserve talents of basketball. The construction work and the developing status for basketball teams are directly associated with the sustainable development of these talents.The level of the basketball teams largely determines a country's competitive level of future basketball. Currently, at what level do middle school basketball teams of Xingtai stand in Hebei province? What about the developing status of them? What are the existing problems for their development and what are the main influencing factors? To get the above problems solved, the study makes an investigation and analysis to the developing status of Xingtai middle school basketball teams, thus gets a clearly picture of the existing problems as well as the influencing factors. And some constructive suggestions have been made in this paper, which have been got from the actual situation of Xingtai in hopes that it can provide some underlying reference for the improvement of Xingtai's middle school basketball teams, as well as in Hebei province.The Literature data method, questionnaires, comparison, logic analysis, mathematical statistics are put to use in this study and the research objects are the coaches, the athletes, the supervising leaders of the 28 middles school basketball teams in Xingtai and part of on-the-spot referees. The system analysis for the current developing status, existing problems and influencing factors of the teams have been done in this study, and the final conclusions are as follows:1.It is inactive for the development of Xingtai middle school basketball sports teams, and in recent years t has a tendency of declining. There is a significant difference between the city sports team and the country teams, which has formed two patterns. The teams in No.5, No.8 and No.1 in downtown are relatively in high level, while the teams in the countries aren't fixed teams and they are generally trained only in pre-match temporary teams, even some of the players in these teams didn't take part in a math for successive years. And there is a more severe situation in women teams for Xingtai basketball games:Very few teams are in the annual games.2. There is a reasonable formation for the ages of the coaches and they love their jobs and they are very responsible for their jobs. However, there is few opportunities for their further study. They still hold traditional ideas and methods of training, which cannot be updated in time. Therefore their training levels are low and can't meet the need of scientific training.3. Most of the middle schools are lack of funds, which is single source. The funds from the government cannot meet the normal training and competition task at all.The equipment of the spot is limited, especially in winter it is very inconvenient. The players are lack of experiences in matches and their grades of general knowledge courses are very low. And many schools do not take effective motive measures. They simply follow the high rates of entering a higher school with little attention to the sports students. It largely damps down the training enthusiasm of the coaches, thus badly affects the performance of the student athletes.Suggestions:1.Set up training bases led by physical departments of local universities or other city's universities offering powerful support to the development of Xingtai middle school basketball teams.2.Strengthen the construction of the basketball courts, improve the athlete's training environment and increase investment on the facilities and thus guarantee the work of training.3.One time a year of middles school's basketball game should be increased to two separately in winter and summer by the supervision department of education and sports administrative departments. And the supervisors and the administrators should organize basketball game for middle school students actively, increase the time and offer more opportunities foe exchanging experiences.
