| Towards the international trend of Open Education Resources, Open Course and Resources Sharing, China has also been actively spread curriculum construction in recent years. They establish elaborate courses and build the National Fine-designed Curriculum Resources Net to improving college education quality, evaluating teaching research level, prompting education reform and course reform, which create a good atmosphere and developing space to meet the standards of modern internationalized education. At present, the national curriculum construction work has launched and already achieved gratifying achievements in all the colleges and universities. But it appeared unbalanced development, especially severe in normal schools of national regions. And there's many other problems, including their unique features are not so outstanding, our diversity culture are not been fully reflected, etc.Curriculum construction of normal schools in national regions involves ethnic groups' education quality and development states. It even exerts a great influence to the prosperity and stability of our country. As the foundation part of our national's education, which aims at cultivate qualified teachers, has all along been given more attention. Therefore, the higher nonnal schools in the national regions become the focus of attention. With the development of modern education teaching reform and the further development of curriculum reform, curriculum construction is their starting point and the foothold, and also a fundamental engineer in realize the school education teaching goals. How to build curriculums, which paces with The Time, adapts to the social requirements, suitable for their current multicultural nature, has become an urgent task to the normal schools in national regions.The paper put "Curriculum Construction of the Higher Normal Schools in the National Regions" as the theme, set the present situation of curriculum construction as the starting point to carry on a thorough and careful study. Firstly, defined and statistically analyzed the higher nonnal schools in national regions, then, introduced curriculum construction conception, types, characteristics and functions on the bases of studying major curriculum theories. Also, the writer made a comparison between some closely related notions so as to make a clearer conception of them. Secondly, investigating on the materials and doing some statistics to research the present development situation, discovered the existing problems, and excavated its root reasons. Finally, the writer put forwards its theory orientation tendency and practical developing strategies. Theory thinking part including three parts, forming modem education concepts and multicultural idea, establishing the "people-oriented and develop with The Time" of curriculum evaluation and unique feature construction of national culture. Practical improvement strategies has seven parts: updating education concept, deepening curriculum reform, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, enhancing open educational resources network level, paying attention to the teaching material construction, improving teaching methods and means, promoting regional culture ethnical characteristics of school-based curriculum construction.Considering of relatively fall behind and unclear multicultural feature reflection of curriculum construction in normal schools of national regions, the author hopes this paper can provides some useful suggestions to their future development. |
