''Modern planet is undergoing a rapid development,an emergency innovation and a great adjustment age. As is noted in National Program for long-term talent development (2010-2020). It, still, assumes that with the further expanding of Multi-polar world, Economic globalization, the enormous changes of science and technology and, the increasing Knowledge economy, it's a most important way for states to cultivate their own talents swiftly to win in the fierce rivals in the world. Not surprisingly, high-level talents come from higher education, to which the society must pay more attention, esp. the postgraduates, therefore the quality should be put in front of the face. Further more the quality of the postgraduates is not only the great need of building the country, the instructing of high-level talents,but the great demand of the modern age as well.And that is why the study is based on improving the quality of the postgraduates to undercover the inner factors on them. The study is going as the follows,Based on the discussing of different learning concepts, the article try to get the nature of postgraduates'learning theory on talking about the feature, the content, the way,the evaluation on postgraduates andThirdly, to tell the study is both necessary and probable and should be studied on a multi-discipline perspective.The main part of the study is it, that studies the relationship between the philosophy, the sociology, the education and the psychology and the postgraduates'learning, and thus comes to the conclusion:philosophy gives the learning theory a scientific thoughts, assure the postgraduates' learning to be on a suitable way; psychology gives the inner support to postgraduates' learning, especially, the motivate theory; sociology makes the theory to base on the social development, provides a better way to check the postgraduates' quality,and at the same time gives a better way to assure life-long learning; and humanization, personality and creation,the new conception on education is just the learning goal of postgraduates'.To fulfill the study, the last part expects to discover the study is relative to higher education, and talks about its usage in practice and theory.
