Quality oriented education should take students into the first consideration and improve the comprehensive growth of students. Teacher should recognize the role of students in the classroom, and respect,trust and pay attention to each students. In fact, although we carry out quality oriented education and obtain certain achievements, many students still carry heavy schoolbags and finish more homeworks. As a result, student body is getting worse. Government enact more measures which strengthen their body. For example, each student should exercise one hour a day at school. However, in some remote places, these measures can't be carried out. For instance, schools are lack of equipments and special fund; school leaders don't attach importance to physical education; culture class usually take up physical education; the quality of PE teacher is not high; physical education also appear formalism. Ministry of Education enact measure: each student should exercise one hour a day at school. In fact, these schools don't implement it.. Activity time should have 30 minutes, and physical activity should take most of time. As a matter of fact, activity time is such arrangement:standing in line cost 7 minutes, doing broadcast callisthenics use 5 minutes, arranging some things occupy 7 minutes, free activity take up 11 minutes. In this case, who should be responsible to students for this matter? So we should start from the overall:activity time, item, teacher and student's motivation and attitude, and fund.These studies can provide schools with a theoretical basis, and find a way which improve student body. Based on the above analysis, I suggest:1.School leader should pay more attention to activity time, increase capital investment and strengthen the construction of facilities;2.School should intensify propaganda and encourage students to participate in sports;3.School should enrich sports content and add up to some contents which students love;4.School should broaden the curriculum resources and combine activity time with Ethnic traditional sports;5. School should improve the quality and teaching skills of PE teacher and change the traditional teaching concept;6.School should use a variety of evaluation methods and improve the self-activity of students...
