Cognitive development have a very significant impact with self-cognitive,deal with pressures of school and life, physical and psychological health, the right attitude to the establishment and development of social skills of yougers. In this paper, the concept of positive youth development approach should be shipped in the junior high school students with interpersonal relations, provide an overview of positive youth development program in Shanghai, the practical experience of the pilot schools and the effectiveness of inspection and correction is conducive to positive youth development program The implementation of the results and scope of application; is conducive to the promotion of youth development theory, concepts and methods of academic research, for improving young people's levels of analysis of relationships with the more important inspiration; is conducive to enriching and improving the practice of youth Positive development of the training system more effective in helping young people develop positive relationships, negative relationships may reduce the danger to their physical and psychological factors.The perspective of this article is to develop positive interpersonal relationships from junior high school students, through the vision of social work with young people from the three major aspects of adolescent relationships to explore the positive development of young people in the seven core concepts and constructs Methods used in the field of middle school students develop positive interpersonal relationships feasibility and effectiveness.The conclusions of this article:through action research on the implementation of positive youth development program to evaluate the effectiveness of come:young people in interpersonal perception and interaction were tested students in the peer level, there is a strong correlation with the core constructs of social skills, recognition knowledge capacity, capability and know right from wrong action capacity, and promote students being tested good friends around the identification, number of friends of their own cognitive and emotional self-awareness of students; the teacher-student interaction level, the core of a strong correlation constructs have social skills, emotional control and presentation skills, ability to take action, ability to distinguish right from wrong and pro-social norms, the students were tested for the spontaneous teacher cognition and emotion by the help of the teacher's sense; in a strong level of parent-child interaction The core constructs associated with social skills, cognitive ability and pro-social norms, parents of students were tested for spontaneous emotional awareness. From the emotional control and interpersonal skills and knowledge of typical correlation can be drawn students and their parents were tested for the negative emotion. Seven core constructs of self-efficacy and the students were tested cognitive interpersonal communication is not relevant.This paper consists of five parts:The first part focuses on the origin and the literature review; second part focuses on the core concepts and interpretative framework; the third part assesses the significant interaction of the seven core constructs of positive youth development program in tested students with peers, teachers and parents interaction; fourth part focuses on seven constructs of positive youth development programs with cognitive interpersonal relationship; the fifth part comprehensivly analysis effectiveness of seven core constructs at peer relationship, teacher-student relationship and parent-child relationship three levels in order to assess effectiveness of positive youth development program for junior high school students in the interpersonal relations.
