| Middle school students are in adolescence,their growth will experience a series of physiological and psychological changes,especially in interpersonal communication is prone to encounter a variety of puzzles and problems,affecting the physical and mental development.The level of interpersonal communication ability has an important influence on the development of junior high school students,active intervention is conducive to the healthy growth of middle school students.Based on the current situation of interpersonal communication among middle school students,this study takes positive psychology as the theoretical orientation and psychological coaching techniques as the guidance method to conduct positive experiential group psychological counseling for middle school students,so as to explore the possibility and methods of positive psychological coaching techniques to improve the interpersonal communication ability of middle school students.Through the investigation and research on the interpersonal communication ability of junior high school students in Nanchang city,combined with the current situation and characteristics of the interpersonal communication of junior high school students to design a group counseling program,and from the investigation object to screen out the low interpersonal communication ability of 24 students as subjects,respectively as experimental group and control group.Among them,the experimental group for eight times of positive psychological coaching technology auxiliary intervention training,the control group without any treatment,before and after the experiment unified pre-test and post-test,through the experimental data and feedback to evaluate the effect of group psychological counseling activities with positive psychological coaching techniques.The results show that: 1.The interpersonal skills of junior high school students are generally good at the upper middle level.2.There are significant differences in the demographic variables of junior middle school students’ interpersonal skills in grade,whether they are class leaders or not and their parents’ upbringing style.3.Through intervention training,the students in the experimental group have obvious effect on improving their interpersonal communication ability.From the perspective of specific evaluation dimensions,the interpersonal relationship building ability of the experimental group was improved most significantly.In addition,the improvement was obvious in the three dimensions of conflict control,emotional support and selfdisclosure ability.Although the change in the dimension of moderate rejection ability was not significant,there was also some improvement.Conclusion: Positive psychology and psychological coaching technology can be organically combined to form a positive psychological orientation,psychological coaching technology as the support,to improve junior high school students’ interpersonal skills as the theme of positive psychological coaching technology group psychological counseling program.The intervention training of group psychological counseling with positive psychological coaching technique can stimulate their inner communicative motivation,make their interpersonal communication goals clear and effectively improve their interpersonal communication ability. |
