Tri-dimensional Goals in English course, such as knowledge and capability, process and methods, emotion attitude and value are brought forward according to the teaching practice. The new Curriculum not only emphasizes knowledge and capability, process and method but also emphasize the important of the emotion and value. It embodies the demands of the quality education and the consummate personality. Tri-dimensional Goals play important part in the new curriculum which point out we should cultivate the consummate personality. In reality, in the process of designing and implementing the three dimension goals we have many problems and bewilderments. These problems and bewilderments impair the practice of Tri-dimension Goals. Tri-dimensional Goals connect the educational ideal and the practice of classroom. Tri-dimensional Goals will be realize according the practice of classroom. We considers it is of great significance to carry out this research.This article starts with the teaching plans of the English teachers, analyze the practice of Tri-dimensional Goals in the English classroom by the form of interview and observes the classroom activity. This article also tries to make assessment and check to the teaching after implementing the three dimension goals. By this study we try to discover the Features of practice of Tri-dimensional Goals and analyze the causes.This article offers correspondent measure, such as we need to heighten the overall quality of the teaching staff and ameliorate the relative circumstances. We hope these measures will be in favor of the practice of Tri-dimensional Goals and benefit the English in their teaching practice.
