Theories lead the data-driven, Constructivism lead the development of the subject. Using the methodology of dialectical materialism,Scientific Concept of Development,military science and the Science of Physical Culture and Sports as theoretical basis, dispose with the data of expert interviews with the method of collection,collation and in-depth analysis through the perusal of document & literature,experts interviewing and quartile method,index weighting method in mathematical statistics, and on that basis, according to the features of Military Wushu and its value and position in military operations and society, in considering of its cultural,military,physica,science and discipline attributes, to further enhance the inherent value and effectiveness, developing and expanding the essence of Chinese Wushu, setting the purpose of improving the system of military science and construct a multi-disciplinary comprehensive system of military discipline; providing effectively ways of training and practice for the improving of soldiers'"fighting spirit" and the shaping of "fighting capacity", and providing reference for laying a good empirical research basis and theoretical orientation of the military wushu'adaption to the further development of new revolution in military affairs.The results of science research found that:the Military Wushu is the upper concept of a number of "Wushu" with the meaning of attack skills in the modern military culture; whether the Military Wushu discipline has the necessity of presence and independent or not, neither depend on whether it has a clear nature of discipline or not, nor depend on whether it has an impeccable unified system or not, but focus on the effective implementation of its function; the Military Wushu, which contains traditional Chinese military culture,traditional Chinese military education and the ideas of traditional Chinese military training, should not be regarded as an individual sports event or content which its presence depend on the discipline of military physical training, but establishing the independent system of discipline as it should be from the outset, like the discipline of military education and training (including the discipline of military physical training), as a branch which subordinate to the science of command.The results of science research showed that:Military Wushu, which get the main content of the attack skills including kicking,hitting,wrestling,grapping,striking,stabbing and other actions of Wushu, is the major component of the military skills, it is a unlimited practical attack system which focus on the disguise,harmfulness,control,emergency response, highlighting resolute,power,speed and accurate in actual combat; the discipline of Military Wushu is a comprehensive discipline which studies the general rule of Military Wushu'function,development,education and training in the military field; the disciplinary system of Military Wushu is composed of the theoretical system of Military Wushu (including the basic group theory of Military Wushu,the group theory of Military Wushu skills,the group theory of Military Wushu training,the group theory of Military Wushu application),the skill system of Military Wushu (including the skills of force,the skills of martial,the skills of exercise,the skills of tactic and the skills of international martial) and the training system of Military Wushu (including power·physical training,martial·skill training,strategy·tactical training,courage·psychological training), each part of the disciplinary system of military arts contacts with each other,collaborates with each other and complement each other, their relationship can be concluded as General and special,introduction and specification.
