Firstly, the subjects are requested to fill in the form (POMS & COPE) a week before joining the swimming training session (experiment handling). The duration of the training session is bounded in 6 months. Secondly, in a week after finishing the training session, the subjects need to fill in the form (POMS & COPE) again. Thirdly, the data will be analyzed through the average of Wilcoxon paired test and nonparametric test in order to test any discrepancy in a significant level.61 qualified subjects will be selected through the cluster sampling,50 out of the group will join the designated training program.Duration of the training:2 hours per session, twice a week,26 weeks in 6 months. The major focus of the training places on cardio-respiratory endurance training, which weights around 60% of the program. The rest, about 40%, will be concentrated on swimming techniques. The exercise intensity level will target the maximum heart rate as 60%-80% in a gradual way. Besides, the training atmosphere will be set in a relaxing and non-competitive mode.Research findings and results:After the 6 months'training program, the subjects'discrepancy levels of the below items are significant (P<0.01), for examples, nervousness, depression, anger, fatigue, panic, energy sense, self-ego, support-seeking, proactiveness, knowing others positively, intervention controlling and support-seeking from religions. The subjects'discrepancy levels of escape is significant (P<0.05).
