Teachers representing human civilization are the human souls. The language of the teachers must first be civilization, in order to "learn as teachers, behavior model ",lead by example, to impose silence on the education of students. Teachers should bring caring, patience, treatment to each student. In the real education, corporal punishment is in the decline, but "fine mind","cold violence " and "languang of violence" and so on are of different levels in the classroom.Educational content is detrimental to students physical and mental health,even educational purposes are more impossible guarantees.Teacher language of violence as qualitative description is easy to confuse with criticism of teachers and the hegemony of individual teachers.Teacher language of violence is the negative emotions of anger, so there is no educational value to students. In this study, no rights of students, no love of education and the inaction of education are to determine if uncivilized language can be attributed to teacher language of violence. The consequences of language violence are serious, and the causes are manifold, including social, school, family, teachers and students, and many other reasons. All education problems are reflecting the social problems.In this study, the three elements of education:the environment, educator and education targets are the causes of teacher language of violence.Social environment, school environment and family environment all join forces acting on the students'and teachers'live, learn and work in field, so teachers and students have been socialized before coming into the school. This study attempts to evade one-sided complaints of the low level of teacher professionalism, ethics less noble, and so on. From the perspective of sociology of education:why the education system can not attract the best talent, build a stable, professional teachers team. From pedagogics, educational sociology, educational psychology and law perspective, choosing the symbolic interaction theory, communicative action theory, social learning theory to analyze the characteristics of the teacher language violence against students, the causes of language violence, manifestations, and adverse effects,started in-depth analysis of the causes of violence from the three constituent elements of education,as education environment, educators and education targets. This basis hunts for the prevention and resolution strategy of the teacher language violence. This basis proposes to enhance teacher overall quality,improve the living conditions of teachers, optimize student growth environment, improve relevant laws regulations and build students equal "dialogue" classroom for prevention and resolution the language of violence.
