Analysis Of The Legal Education In Ideological And Political Course Of High School

Legal education of middle school students is the top priority of our legal work to strengthen the legal concept of middle school students, plans for achieving the rule of law. While groups of students has accumulated rich experience in legal education, the majority of the legal awareness of young people has also been significantly enhanced, we should clearly understand that, at this stage of legal education in China there are still many problems, the juvenile crime situation is still not optimistic. As"the main front", of middle school legal education, how to make good use of ideological and political teaching of the legal concept of training young people has important practical significance on the reduction of juvenile criminal activities and maintain good social order, and carrying out the socialist concept of rule of law.Because of exam-oriented education and social evaluation,the school education in current ignore the important role of ideological and political course in legal education of legal education.The school education in current focus on book learning excessively and contempt fostering the concept of legal.there are many defects in legal education in school education,such as the lack of legal content in ideological and political textbook,the noticeable trend of exam-oriented,the teachers' legal knowledge are not enough,single teaching mode,etc.This thesis through many ways,such as investigation and evidence collection,case study,analogical reasoning and theoretical elaboration,analyzed and exploration the questions which in ideological and political lesson teaching,elaborated the function, goals and principles of legal education in ideological and political lesson.The hope of this thesis is to find out a appropriate correspondency,and provide beneficial reference for high school ideology and politics teaching improvement.
