Migrant workers make a contribution to promote our country's economic and social development, and they play an important role in process of the industrialization, urbanization and modernization. But they hardly get social help in their improvement of vocational development quality and comprehensive quality,development of wisdom potential,enhancement of legal consciousness.Migrant worker is also an important part in competitiveness and the comprehensive national strength of the Chinese nation.If we don't solve migrant workers' educational problem and development issues,we will not achieve the goal of construction of well-off society ,the sustainable development of economic and social will have no power. Migrant workers' continuous education is additional education .It means to teaching them new theories, new knowledge, new technology, new method and new ideas.Continuous education can improve migrant workers' quality and understanding ability, widen their sight, improve the structure of their knowledge and ability of innovation,to achieve the purpose of finding satisfactory work and increasing their income.And the existing mode of migrant workers' continuous education must be creatively transformed. For example,the "three menus" mode of schools provide menu, enterprises order menu and government pay for the menu;the mode of "public vocational school"; the "MES" mode of enhancing migrant workers' initiative;the "FuPing" mode of people-run and funded by the government; the "compensating education" mode of leading by the government.These five modes have their own advantages,but they also have many problems.This thesis analysis deeply the five modes of migrant workers' continuous education.Based on these five kinds of main existing migrant workers' continuous education, the author put forward the view of "six-diversifications",it means diversified ways,multi-channel,bases,technology,multi-leveland mechanisms.Through transforming educational concept, open up diversified educational ways,innovate educational mode to form diversified manner;bring up the entrepreneurial migrant workers, to build diversified educational bases;construct suitable distance learning of newborn migrant workers,to form diversified educational technique;classify the managerial system of migrant workers' continuous education,to construct diversified management stage;increase funds of migrant workers' continuous education,to form diversified guarantee mechanism,establish a organized and disciplined system of migrant workers' continuous education.They can strengthen their employment ability and comprehensive quality continuously, improve their living quality and standard persistenly, the realize the conversion of human resources to the human capital's , and get rid of the migrant workers' disadvantaged position completely when they come to the city later,and narrow the gap between workers and farmers,urban areas and rural areas, and regional differences, achieve common prosperity, thus maintaining the social stability and promote the construction of harmonious society in China.
