This article pointed out that researching higher school curriculum resources from the pedagogical perspective is researched it from the view of "develop all-round development of people". Discussed the pedagogical value of higher school curriculum resources development from three aspects, including "knowledge-based value","value of the community" and "human-based values", then point out the impact of pedagogy for the higher school curriculum resource development. Under the sociology perspective, it is a factor of higher school curriculum and media for social control. It discussed its sociology value of the development of curriculum resources from the aspects of theory and practice and explains the influences of sociology on the development of curriculum resources which reflect that society provides theory and safeguard mechanism for the development of curriculum resources and formulates its context. Under the culturology perspective, it is a special kind of cultural resources, and it's culturology value including preserving and carrying on the culture, constructing and generating culture reflecting and ecbolicing curriculum culture. As the theoretical basis, culturology provide theoretical support for curriculum resource development, promoted the content refinement of the curriculum resources and the improvement of curriculum development mode. Under the economics perspective, It has a certain economic value and closely relationship with human capital, it also is the influence factors of economic benefit. Economic value of higher school curriculum resource development including training talents, relieving employment pressure and coordinating the fairness and efficiency. The economics provide theoretical support for higher school curriculum resource development.Under the perspective of science, the development of higher school curriculum resource can develop science curriculum and science education, promote the process of scientific research and the development of science and technology and the growth of scientists. Scientific knowledge, scientific spirit, scientific method, scientific mechanism and scientific development concept can affect higher school curriculum resource development.
