Culture is one of the foundations of social order'constructions, interaction between culture and knowledge play important roles on social reality. Early of 20th Century, Chinese society was very complex. The traditional Confucianism of China society faced up to attacks, which was the most serious crisis during a thousand years, when Confucianism came to be the foundation of Chinese culture.In the contents of interaction between Chinese and Western cultures, science and democracy got the most attentions. Modern Neo-Confucian announced to re-develop Confucianism, while admitting Western culture, in order to reconstruct social order in China.As a grand master of Modern Neo-Confucian, Liang Shuming restored the moral values of traditional Chinese culture, putted forward a series of views of China society and special cultures, and involved in the campaign of the Chinese Village Development.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction:Account for the origin of the issue, and introduce the theoretical framework, research path and methods adopted.Partâ…¡:Begin with the analysis of the special status of Confucianism in Chinese society, there are three levels of Confucianism, and these levels all impact on the social constructions, and thus leads to the emergence of Modern Neo-Confucianism.Partâ…¢:This section is focuses on Liang Shuming's theory of how to analyze Chinese culture and Chinese society, and the Chinese Village Development under his leadership.Partâ…£:This part analyzes Liang Shuming's views of how to connect culture and social order.Partâ…¤:Summary of the efforts, contributions and morals of the Modern Neo-Confucian's activities and theory.
