The Design And Implementation Of The Resource System Of The Training Curriculum For Teachers

The training curriculum for teachers plays a leading role in the advancement of the trainees, which helps improve teachers' professional competence, cultivate excellent teachers, and promotes the further development of the teaching and scientific research. Furthermore, the construction and development of the resource pool of the training curriculum contributes to the improvement of the teaching skills of the normal students and the further development of in-service teachers by collecting and offering various selected teaching resources on teacher training.Based on the related theory of the resource pool of the training curriculum for teachers and by consulting reference source, analyzing, the author summarizes the features of the curriculum and constructs a curriculum system on Methodology of Geography. The system consists of four modules:personal management, resource management, mutual communication and system background management. These modules guarantee the realization of functions such as the registration and login, the distribution of system permissions, the curriculum management, the upload and download of curriculum resources, resource collection and evaluation, the creation of study group and the message board.The dissertation introduces the mentality of the design and discusses the implementation of the system minutely. The whole paper falls into six parts.â… :Introduction. This part introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, as well as the latest researches at home and broad.â…¡:Related concepts and theoretical basis. By giving a brief introduction of the training curriculum for teachers, curriculum resource and the resource pool of the curriculum, the author brings in the criteria needed in the construction process of the system.â…¢:The analysis and design of the resources pool on Teaching Methodology of Geography. Firstly with an analysis of this course, the author gets the design requirement of the system, which helps set up the goals and principles for designing. The detailed design of the system is introduced thereafter.
