In the case of China's increasingly serious employment situation, the State has issued a series of policy requirements to enhance the building-up of the staff team of the career development education of universities in order to improve career development education to college students. Under the perspective of learning organization theory, this paper intends to find the main problems in the team construction of administrative staffs for career development education of universities and proposes solutions to the main problems through the observation and analysis of the status quo of some of the university career teaching staffs in Beijing Vocational higher Education school. The solutions have been proposed in the following two aspects. From the conception level, the solutions consist of strengthening publicity, education learning organization theory and creating a favorable learning environment; establishing a learning leading role to strengthen the guidance. From the level of the Fifth Disciplines, the solutions are structured of perfecting organization, and inspiring members of the self-transcendence; improving mental models, enhancing members'self-management; establishing the common vision of the team, strengthening the awareness of members'teamwork spirit; enhancing group learning, and promoting communication among members; fostering the habits of systematical thinking and improving the team's professional level.
