This study reviewed the relevant theories of Attribution Styles, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy,based on which the academic design has been brought forward.In this research,based on Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale and the Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality Scale,I have inquired and investigated 198 students in universities in Shanghai,the results indicate that:College students in Shanghai got higher scores on effect dimension than on the other dimensions.They are tend to internal attributions.2. College students in Shanghai got score higher than the average score on Career Decision self-efficacy.the highest score of self-evaluation, the lowest score of information gathering. There is no significant difference in Career Decision-making Self-efficacy as a function of gender,grade,major and hometown.3. Studies found that academic achievement and interpersonal efforts are attributed to self-efficacy and career decision-making of the five dimensions were significantly related to effect.4.The results of stepwise multiple regression analyses demonstrated that academic achievement and interpersonal attributed to the efforts can predict the five dimensions of the career decision-making self-efficacy.
