With the publishing of the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education," the kindergarten art education, which is an important part of kindergarten education, has also ushered in new challenges, and it puts forward higher quality requirements for kindergarten teachers. As important guide and torchbearer, there exists certain gap between musicianship and practical requirements of kindergarten teachers. Therefore, it becomes particularly necessary to make study on the musicianship of kindergarten teachers. Based on the past researches, we make academic study and practical demonstration about the elements of kindergarten teachers' musicianship.This study uses questionnaire to know about individual's cognition, self-evaluation and group evaluation which constitute kindergarten teachers'musicianship;to compare teachers'knowledge differences about the constitute of kindergarten teacher's musicianship who have different seniority, come from different office park properties and different levels of Kindergarten. At the same time, we used the combination of case analysis and interview method to further demonstrate the elements of kindergarten teachers' musicianship.Integrating the results of questionnaires, interviews and case study analysis, this study proposes a "four-dimensional mode" which make up of kindergarten teacher's musicianship. The four-dimensional mode includes music value, music knowledge, music skills, music teaching ability and understanding of children. Finally, the researchers gave many suggestions from pre-vocational education and the development of experienced teachers.
