Along with the advance of the New Curriculum Reform, the theory and practice research of the cooperative learning has turned from imitating the operation forms to manifesting the essence, the focus of the research has also turned from student group to individual student, and has become to understand the value of the student needs.However, the student needs of cooperative learning itself still lack thorough systematic research at present, thus affecting the cooperative learning effectiveness rise further. Therefore, this article attempts to study systematically about the student needs of the cooperative learning, especially discuss deeply the significance, types and levels of the student needs.First of all, The paper proved the significance of the student needs of cooperative learning, the student needs is the starting point of the cooperative learning, is the essence request of student subjective development, is the reference standards of the role orientation of the teachers.Secondly,the article is based on the Husen's definition of cooperation, through the analysis of the documents and cases, refine three fundamental styles of student needs. It comprises the needs of cooperation benefit, which divides into the needs of explicit benefit and implicit benefit; of cooperation attribute, which divides into the needs of operational skill and interpersonal personality; of collaborative action, which divides into the needs of cooperation result from man and cooperation result from the same aims. Three styles of the needs are not independent, they are coinherence and mutually check and supervision. They are equally important, and constantly promotion to generate new senior needs.Thirdly, the student needs of cooperative learning not monotone, but it presents different needs layers, it experiences the process that from outside to inside, from low to high, from single to comprehensive. Specifically, the needs of cooperation benefit, experiences three layers, that from the needs of explicit benefit to the explicit benefit plays an important role and implicit benefit take the assistant effect, and to implicit benefit. The needs of cooperation attribute experiences the process that from the needs of basic operational skills and brief interpersonal personality to apply flexibly. The needs of collaborative action, which experiences from the needs of cooperation result from man to cooperation result from the same aims, and to collaborative spontaneously.At last, according to the research about the styles and layers of the student needs, asking for the teaching must respect and apply the different needs of the different students. At the same time, organizing the cooperative learning must be on the basis of the rules of different phases, then promoting the development of cooperative learning.In conclusion, further study of the significance, types and layers of the student needs has important reference value, to deepen the cognitive achievement of cooperation study, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the cooperative learning. |
