Cheerleading is a new type of sport with unique charm and a wide range of arena.It was established from the United States, after over a hundred years of continuous innovation and improvement, Cheerleading has become a special cheerleader cultural wealth combined with global science and technology, culture, art resides. Formally introduced into China in 2001, after years of promotion and popularization, Cheerleading has built more extensive foundation, and gradually formed a more stable game mode. Although Cheerleading has the transnational and geographical features, but different social and cultural backgrounds led to the differences of cheerleading cultural. However,from the point of view of the overall level and penetration, and compared to the United States, Japan and other Cheerleading power, China still behind them. Therefore, management of Cheerleading still needs to have a far-reaching practical and theoretical value.Currently, the study in order to improve better management of college level studies in academic community is still relative less,.In particular, the research on the cheerleading management model is more less and lack of systematic research. Therefore, this paper points Cheerleading management research for East China Normal University in new time. The study in the Management of the East China Normal cheerleaders on the basis of investigation and analysis, combined with the current reality, from a system perspective to study and construct the details of management of open management and a combination of management, to management of the East China Normal cheerleading theory reference and practical reference value.This study uses the research methods like literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, logical analysis and so on,and emphasis on the present situation of cheerleading development of East China Normal University, adopting strategic research from the organization and management, scientific training, culture, science and values.The main results are as follows:(1)Establishing the connotation of the cheerleading management model. Cheerleadering management model is for team managers through understanding the connotation and characteristics of Cheerleading, in a particular culture background, implementing a planned organization, command, coordination and innovation, make regulators achieve optimal effect and value for cheerleading management, so as to realize the target set in advance. (2) Champion cheerleading of East China Normal University in holding the linkage management model of "responsibility+ feedback+ incentive ". The coach team implement responsibility system, the recruitment system and rewards system. What's more,forming the scholar coach team of high titles and high educated.But it isn't balanced in professional title structure,lack of mainstay.There are more women that men in gender structure, in research and coaching fixed number of year, polarization is obvious.(3) Champion cheerleading of East China Normal University bearing the idea of the linkage of the management model of the responsibility+feedback+incentive' It strictly implement responsibility system, investigate system and incentive system from the study, the life, the training for athletes. It has been insisting integrate training system for backup talents.Athletes have better cultural quality in the "combination of sport and education,. But it should focus on the strengthening the cultivation of male athletes.(4) In scientific training, coach boldly adopt the model of "attempt+innovation", focusing on beauty and accurate.what's more,particular emphasis on development comprehensive physical abilities and artistic expression.(5) A good cultural atmosphere can form a positive influence for cheerleading of East China Normal University, it has the first-class hardware facilities, good training atmosphere, forming a positive spirit of hard struggle, guarantee the health, stable development of cheerleading of East China Normal University.(6) The school leader's vigorously support and with the common efforts of the coaches and athletes, sufficient funds to guarantee makes management model for Cheerleading of East China Normal University has strong sustainable development.(7)Management model for champion cheerleading of East China Normal University have good development prospect, but with the continuous development of competitive sports, the perfection of the admissions system, the change of values for coaches and athletes, management model for champion cheerleading of East China Normal University needs to be further research.
