With our country's reform and opening-up and constant promotion of urbanization process, migrant population quantity increases sharply, and "family migration" become more common, a large number of migrant children pour into the city, and cause a series of questions. Education is an important way to change the fate of migrant children, so many scholars pay attention on their education. But, current research pays more attention to school education than family education, so it is an urgent work to study on this problem. This paper takes Bao an district in Shenzhen as example, from perspective of multiple disciplines such as management, sociology, education, and public economics, regards "demand theory ", " empowerment theory ", " the society support theory ", " plural doctrine of the welfare " as the theoretical foundation, obtains and studies the materials through methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, open interview, etc. And the integrated use of qualitative, quantitative and qualitative methods of combining the analysis, promotes research in-depth.Migrant children's family education has an obvious diversity characteristic, including both social stratification caused by floating children education inequalities, also been the adverse effects of liquidity caused by living, and conflicts between high expectations and support of low negative impact. To solve the problem, we must build a social support system of interaction of internal and external coordination which be pluralistic participation, and improve the current status of children family education, promote the fair distribution of educational resources, improve the level of mobile children's welfare.The social support system this paper wants to build is a complicated multidimensional system, and we can study and construct from three dimensions. They are main dimensions, support the internal and external systems system; support content dimension of policy support, material support and spiritual support; support way dimension direct support and indirect support. This paper makes"main dimensions" as the logical thread throughout the text, regards internal system and external system as the frame of studying to command all the time, through theoretical research and analysis of real example to these two major systems, and achieves the research aim constructing migrant children family education social support system finally.As the internal support system of family education, this paper studies many elements such as occupational situation of parents and income levels, parents, subjective wishes of family education, family education way, educational content, and so on, and analysis reasons. As the external system, this paper examines the different subjects, finding government, school, community, NPO support family education through various channels in different ways, and achieve some success, but there are many problems. We analyze the problems, explore the reasons for the problem.To solve the problem of migrant children family education, improve the quality of education of the family, promote the welfare level of education, enhance the ability to change fate, to create a better future through education, we must arouse social forces fully, realizes the multi-dimensional participation, consummates internal support program with exterior support program construction, realizes inside and outside linkage diligently, promotes two system interaction fusion, built the social support system participating by the family, government, school, community, NPO. Firstly, regard improving the ability of supporting of the family as the foundation. Emphasis on parent education, and improve the quality of current parent of a child; to create a favorable environment within the family, foster family of advanced culture; to strengthen links with schools to play home-school.Secondly, regard strengthening the ability of standardizing of the government as the key. Develop relevant laws and regulations, strengthen liquidity management and protection of children; to reform policies, improve the policies and measures; to improve the school for parents to improve the intelligence support. Thirdly, take promoting the community reasonable support as the safeguard. Explore the community support model; to help parents promote school construction, development of community counseling centers; to optimize the environment of the community. Finally, take cultivates NPO participation ability as the beneficial supplement. Construct equal participation, cooperation networks; to stimulate the service provider's characteristics.
