Investigation And Research On Part Of The Elements Of The Foundation On Single Athletics Backup Talent Base

The foundation of athletics Olympic high level backup talent base (hereafter as single base) is a systematic project, and diverse of difficulties and problems will be encountered in the process of its development. In this thesis, methods of document literature, specialist interview, and questionnaire survey are used to investigate and research the five phases of the single base, such as its structure and layout, staff condition, training arrangement, expert supervisory system, training camp and competition situation. Here are the conclusions:1. At present, the number of athletes can generally satisfy the demand of athletics backup talents training; for the character of female throwing event, the development of this kind of sports is relatively weak in our country, so its number of athletes can rarely satisfy the single base evaluation standards.2. The single base has reasonable structure of title of a technical post and education background of coaches and most of coaches have abundant sports experience; the foundation of single base provides the good communication and study platform for those coaches, and their own quality is improved a lot; but most of coaches are still young and weak in the professional theory, so systematic education for coaches in single base is still needed.3. Excellent backup talents are emerged in large number in many project base, which established the stable basis for the development of athletics however, the rate of entire supply of single base athletes is lower; in the register scope of the whole country, athletes of walking race and female pole vault are the leading force of all in the same age, part of proportion are other projects, and female throwing event athletes take up minimum proportion, so there are still have many excellent backup talents not being in the single base system. 4. The innovation of backup talents management system liberates large number of manpower from the burdensome data statistic and enhances the work efficiency; but coaches in single base not being skilled in operation will bring some troubles to the single base athletes training and sing up for competition.5. According to the difference of items, single item base shows different regional traits in the nationwide distribution; the regional distribution of single base is generally identical to the superiority item in each province, but the further adjustment is still needed, especially on increasing number of female throwing event base.6. The course arrangement and training time can be guaranteed in single base; the work of supervisory expert is not officially launched yet, and only has the function on organizing training camp and single base competition.7. Single base training camp provided an opportunity of mutual study and communication for athletes and coaches, but its training arrangement should be further improved; walking race single base took the lead being brought into national competition; the set of competition followed the laws of young athletes growing, and obtained the favorable effect; the funds for training and competition in most of the single bases is not enough, and the high authorities allocate funds are hardly put into practice.
