Objectives:The purpose of this study was to establish different intensity exercise model, discusseing different intensity exercise to rat liver ultrastructure and function.Methods:35 Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to three groups as followed:Control group (C, n=10), normal intensity exercise group (I,n=15) and maximal intensity exercise group (MI, n= 15). the rats of I run on the treadmill began with 35 m/min, increasing 2 m/min every 3 minutes, when reached a certain intensity the rats have not followed the speed of treadmill and obviously slipped the treadmill for three times, the previous speed as increasing load of maximum intensity, and at the speed the rats ran for 3 minutes, this is a group of training; maximal intensity exercise group began with 35 m/min, increasing 2m/min every 3 minutes(the exhaustive standard as I). Rats training three groups everday, the proportion of time between training and rest was 1:1.5, training five days every week. resting on Thursday and Sunday, training time for 11 weeks. The weight and snakeholes were mearsured every week during training day, the AST and ALT were mearsured during the previous seven weeks, testing the rat, s exercise ability at the first eight week, the last training finshed rats were killed after 48 hours, Samples and serum were collected for the measurement for SOD, MDA, CAT, GSH activity and rat liver function.observing livers ultrastructural change.Conclusions:(1). Long-term maximal intensity exercise casued liver ultrastructure with a certain degree of damage, mainly displays in the nucleus structure damage, mitochondria swell, cristae vague, appear medullary small body, lipid drops significantly increased, appear apoptotic body and collagen fiber Kupffer cells increased, comparative active, rough endoplasmic reticulum decrease, endoplasmic reticulum ribosomes decreases etc. (2). During training day, rat liver cell function experienced maintain-abate-the process of enhancing the compensatory(3). Long-term maximal intensity exercise decreased the activity of SOD, CAT in rats, and at the same time reduced the levels of GSH, caused active oxygen increased, increasing the possibility of liver injury.(4). Maximal intensity exercise make the levels of HDL lowered and make the content of LDL increased, it's bad to the boday.
