The ruling role of teacher in teaching activities determines that teachers should improve themselves constantly,find appropriate teaching methods in the process of learning,exploration,application and reflection,only in this way can teachers grow to be mature ones,which as a result can raise teaching effects.Society of Information requires teachers to learn perpetually,apply what they have learned,learn to reflect and share with others in order to enhance learning and working efficiency,because of which knowledge management theory generates.It means a process that Under the auxiliary of message technology,teachers are engaged with teaching activities through knowledge deriving, knowledge memorizing, knowledge presenting, knowledge applying, knowledge innovating, knowledge reflecting, and knowledge sharing,which can raise teaching efficiency,and reach the goal that teachers and students co-developp.This essay divides teachers'knowledge management into three levels, which contains seven dimensions.three levels mean teachers'knowledge management in three periods, that is self-preparation in pre-class, teaching practice in class, self-improvement after class. The first level contains knowledge deriving, knowledge memorizing, knowledge presenting,the second level contains knowledge applying, knowledge innovating, the third level contains knowledge reflecting, and knowledge sharing. The three levels-seven dimendions of teachers'knowledge management constitutes a complete circulatory system, which runs through the whole teaching activities for teachers in middle schools.At the basis of the research on teachers'knowledge management in middle schools, The essay explores the problems existed in teachers'knowledge management through questionnaire,visit and talk, one-case research and so forth.It includes the problems as follows:the main channel of knowledge deriving is simplex, which has high utilitarian. Knowledge of storage ways is single, without forming words in time, lectures and blackboard writing are the main methods for knowledge presenting,new teaching technology is less used, knowledge applying is Self-optimized, The beneficial knowledge extraction of others is exhausted. Knowledge innovation ability is insufficient, it is difficult to realize the transformation of self improvement.Teachers' teaching reflection consciousness is low, perspective of reflection is narrow. Teachers' performance evaluation, causing the qualifying between teachers of knowledge sharing and communication is not strong.After analyzing the reason simply, the paper tries to bring forward several tactics. For example, Improve teaching conditions,wgich will provide the prerequisite for teachers knowledge management. Change Utility orientation, providing spiritual support for teachers'knowledge management. Improve teachers' professional identity andenhance professional development aspirations for prompting teachers' active acquiring knowledge. Attach importance to the cultivation of new teachers, to play solid foundation of knowledge management to new teachers. Emphasize the importance of innovation of knowledge innovation and encourage teachers to do this. Broaden reflective View, pay attention to training reflective teachers. Eliminate the concerns of knowledge sharing. prompting teachers willing to knowledge sharing. Perfect evaluation system of teachers.
