The relationship between education theory and education practice has been the focus of the argument. At the beginning, both theorists and operators blame each other. Education practice is becoming more and more complicated, then they begun to find their way to make the education theory real. On the one hand, it is necessary that theorists should envisage the education practice and in turn serve practice; but on the other hand, the education operators should attach weight to Action Research and Reflections of practice. It is obvious that such measures are worth popularizing widely. Some new problems have appeared in this process, such as some people are more likely to rebel against the education theory in the sphere of learning. At the same tine, the tendencies to debase and completely deny the value of education theories still exist. Is it really that education theory is behind the times? In fact, there must be much knowledge that few people know about behind these problems. Firstly, education practice are not capable of being guided by the education theory; Secondly, it is true that our new practice should be guided with education practice rationality; Last but not least, the key to this question lies in finding efficient method for transformation between education theory and education practice rationality.The transformation between education theory and education practice rationality is not a sheer fabrication. Actually, the root of the problem not only lies in the characteristic of the educational theory and the educational practice but also the qualities of education practice rationality. The conversion of education theory into a education practice rationality is divided into three stages:A clearer recognition may be acquired by studying education theory is the first step. In this process, we should not only accommodate the issue of education but also the value orientation of education theorists. The second point is that the education operators should make the comparison in accordance with the requirements between ourselves and education theorists and choose an appropriate education theory. The final step several concrete measures in transformation may be taken depending on the particular circumstances. Because whether the education theory or education practice rationality is in a certain state. On no account can we ignore the value of the transformation between Education theory and education practice rationality.
