Experiential teaching is one of the teaching style of the new curriculum reform; experiential learning is the important content of student's learning style changing. The Original purpose of this research is based on the thinking of the new curriculum implementation in recent years, then primary English teaching has changed or not, experiential teaching implementation as a special case and the research starting point.Firstly, it's theory of both experiential teaching and the significance of experiential teaching implementation on primary English teaching. It's also the base of the follow-up study. Experiential teaching is kind of teaching pattern, which is based on experience, which has the goal of cultivating truly free, feeling and knowledgeable, practice and innovation objectives, the humans' full scale development, which teachers purposefully create teaching situation as premise, and students experience together as the core, which has the characteristics of personal experience, individual privacy, interactive situational and procedural. Experiential teaching is fit for the specificity of primary English, having great improvement on English teaching in primary schools. Experiential teaching focus on the overall quality of pupil's language development, attention to the existence, integrity, autonomy, independence, generated and unique of individual life.Secondly, by using of teacher questionnaires, teachers and students interviews, classroom observation, the status of experiential teaching implementation on primary English was investigated. Research status shows that primary school English teachers highly agree with experiential teaching, but less using, difficult to operate; students prefer to experience, the learning interest and the academic level changes a lot as the grade increasing. Although the experiential teaching implementation is running forward as a whole, there are still some problems. Such as experiential teaching implementation on primary English teaching is less as a whole; primary English teaching and experiential learning experience haven't effective symbiosis; primary English teachers are too busy to control the classroom; primary English experiential teaching is lack of resources; the effects of experiential learning fall far, short of satisfactory.To solve these problems, there are four area improvements on experiential teaching implementation on primary English. The key point is to improve teacher's teaching skills and techniques. The fulfillment point is the effective supply of teaching resources. The breakthrough point is to try teaching in small classes. The creation points are to construct the language environment both inside and outside the classroom.
