Reseacher On The Primary Shools Using Family Resources In Safety Education

The past few years have witnessed the giant strides in the primary school safety education in China.In this period,safety education had become a required subject in the majority of our primary schools.However,many problems,especially lack of qualified teachers, of teaching resources, render it difficult for the primary school students'advantages of learning safety education.As we all known,life is the most pericous treasures to man.The safety education of children is not only the schools' obligation,but also the parents'obligation. Effective development of curriculum resources is one of the feasible ways to solve these problems, so the paper considers it is rational and optional to make use of famliy resources to resolve these problems.The paper is divided into four parts. Introduction is the first part of paper.In this part,the author aims to explain the background and significance of the study,the research ideas and contents,and the literature review about home-school cooperation and safety education at home and abroad.In the second part of this paper, investigating the status of the use of family resources in safety education of the primary school, the author finds out many problems and analyses the cause of these problems.there exist quite a number of shortcomings in the current research:as parents lack of professional knowledge and importantce to safety education,they aren't willing to cooperate to utilize family resources;the teachers lack full of awareness and ability on family resources utilization;the school lack of system guarantee and innovative text.The third part of the paper mainly sets forth the theoretical and practical pionts to make use of famliy resources to develop safety education; expounds the principle; introduces a successful case utilizething family and community resoursces to develop safety educaiton——International Safe Schools(ISS).In the forth part of the paper, according as the pionts, the problems,and the cause to utilizethe family resoursces,the author brings forward to some tactics to deal with these problems.Firstly the school should enhance the constucion of the safety education subject;improve the cooperative consciousness between teachers and parents;take on the heavy responsibilities to construct family resource library. Secondly as an executant to utilizethe family resources,teachers should reconsider oneself,and take actions to improve capability of utilizething family resources.
