Campus culture make a subtle influence on the teenagers student's growth, which enhancement plays "moistens everything silently" role with their world outlook, the outlook on life, the values and the synthesis quality forming which include emotion raise, behavior of norms, interpersonal handling and idealistic personality etc. The school spirit plays a key role of campus cultural construction, which should become the core to the construction of it. The lower level of productivity, psychological characteristics and religious habits of the ethnic regions restricted the positive development of campus culture construction. Ethnic schools campus culture construction tend to appear" thousand schools would be exactly the same look", especially the school spirit construction is a blank.This study based on investigation and analysis many primary and middle school of Qiandongnan Miaozu Dongzu Zizhizhou in GuiZhou province, emphatically choses Xiaohuang primary school in CongJiang county as the key research object, By using the literature method and fieldwork method to explore the current situation, problems, reasons, to set up strategies and trying hard to find the measures to solve the problems. Xiaohuang primary school is behind in school running conditions, teachers, system construction and so on. School leaders confuse why and how to build the campus culture. The school located in ethnic minority areas, but without any sense of ethnic school characteristics. The reasons can be attributed from internal and external. School running concept orientation, the headmaster's leading role, teacher's educational level, student participation are the internal causes, And regional economic and cultural gap, national unity ways of evaluation, family education and community environment influence external caused the problem. To solve these problems, this study firstly formulates the principles. It must be emphasize the whole constructing, succeed and innovation, all the students and teachers construct together, different schools depend on the actual to take different approaches. Secondly, this study makes the concrete measures for the construction process, including the requirements for Government departments, School principals, teachers and students, and then, proposing a founder of ethnic school characteristics.National regions schools should be based on their advantages and disadvantages, different schools depend on the actual conditions to take different approaches, strengthen the construction of campus culture, establish the special school, and show its national style. So we must protect and inherit the national traditional excellent culture and cultivate more talents who adapt to the needs of social development to stimulate the development of the economy better and faster. This purpose of this study is to have a macro-grasp of ethnic primary school campus culture construction and re-think about the essence of primary education. So as to build the ethnic characteristics of campus culture with spiritual culture as the key concept, with relying on environmental culture. The author own language ability of professional disciplines and limitations of accumulation deficiency. I choose a primary as a case study, which appears narrow samples. It is difficult to rise to a certain height, when discussing the comprehensive reasons and strategies. In the later study process it needs to be further perfected.
