Abstract Party Sixteenth Plenary Session of building a "harmonious society " strategic goal, in the context of this great era, society in all walks of life are also the industry's efforts to create a "harmonious", As an integral part of society, education is no exception, it also requires the pursuit of harmony. Harmonious education, it is mainly through the main front of the classroom to achieve this, the implementation of the harmony of the classroom teaching, quality education is a teaching model, teacher education is a reflection of the concept of innovation.First, the meaning of basic issues such as harmony, harmony high school class of ideological and political course content, ideological and political course harmonious classroom school characteristics (emotion, cooperation, innovation) is briefly described. Then .discusses the theory and practical aspects of building a harmonious middle school politics class basis. Theoretical basis for the new curriculum reform focuses on standards, system theory, Marxist theory on the overall development of people, the traditional thinking of harmonious education are described in four areas; Realistic basis from the objective of building a socialist harmonious society requires to overcome the traditional high school classroom factors of disharmony and political needs of both are described. Finally, teachers should establish from the political harmony of teaching philosophy; build a harmonious teacher-student relationship; harmonious relationship between students; harmonious classroom evaluation of the implementation of four large secondary schools put forward to build a harmonious of ideological and political class measures.
