Study On The Moral Education Of Vocational Schools

The moral education is an item of system's project, and is characteristed with the system and the integrity. In moral education's process, all education carrier play the important role, and the goal direction is consistent, forming the education joint effort, which requests us to set up the comprehensive moral philosophy, to overall plan schools and colleges education system, put the school, family and society all organic combine, building the socialization of ideological and moral education system. At present, in all sectors of society to join and assumes the moral education work milieu, vocational schools as an important place training the students' moral education, has its own particularity, should give full play to the advantage of moral education cooperation, actively explore the school, the family and the society mutual cooperation to promote vocational schools, the improvement of moral education work. This text is from three aspects of the school, family, society to explore the vocational school moral education research.On the basis of previous studies, according to the law of development of moral education, this paper, analysed the connotation of cooperative moral education, and from vocational school's present moral education present situation, put forward the necessity and feasibility of the school, family and society developing co-operation in vocational schools, analysed multiple approaches and strategies to improve the students' moral vocational schools.Through investigation, interview and data analysis, on the basis of analysis of the present situation of vocational school moral education, this paper reveals the vocational school moral education work in various existing problems, as students' moral cognition, the school moral education management problem; moral education team construction problems; family and school cooperation understanding and the dilemma of vocational schools, the problems and the attention of social problems, etc.Based on the present situation of vocational school moral education problem, this paper finds out the existing the crux of the problem, points out the moral education work in vocational schools needs family and social cooperation, in school, to truly implement internal "education - management - service" trinity of ideological and moral education mode, make the teachers and students cadres for backbone ,give full play to social and family moral education function to establish the school each department of ideological and moral education work management system. Exterior need society and the government's vigorously support and cooperation, give full play to the government's management and leadership role, make vocational school moral education policy, and mechanism sound, build schools and families, schools and enterprises interconnected bridges, make the school, family and society organic combine, create harmonious space and environment favorable to moral education work effectiveness of vocational school.
