With the constant strike of economy, every industry is developing rapidly, especially the tertiary industry. Thus we need more and more persons of ability to devote them into the development. Meanwhile, our country began to develop vocational education, it cast a large amount of found into vocational education, which shows it is a new chance for vocational education. In order to develop vocational education, teachers in such schools have been put into the focus. So to design a stimulating compensation system with great power, which could stimulate our teachers to devote themselves into it, is really a good choice.In order to know why the higher compensation in Zhengzhou finance and taxes vocational school hasn't stimulated its teachers, the writer did some research on it. At first, the author gave a concrete retrospect on the basic theories of compensation, by reading more relative documents; the author knew the development of compensation in and abroad. Then, the author managed to know something about Zhengzhou finance and taxes vocational school, especially its compensation system. The author analyzed the questions in it and tried to find out their reasons.On the basis of compensation basic theory, by using Hays job evaluation system, the author evaluated main teachers' position, and then according to the result of evaluation, the author confirmed the allowance standard for each hour. When designing the performance compensation, the author wanted to make the grade according to concrete performance evaluation plan. In this article, the author not only mentioned the design of economy, but also the design of non-economy, and tried to stimulate teachers from the aspects of both matter and vitality. Then the author gave an effective evaluation on it, provided the measurement of how to put the design into effect, which made the compensation system more perfect. At last, the author stated the limit and the questions that need further research in this article.This article combined theories and practice, by analyzing the concrete questions that existed in Zhengzhou fiance and taxes vocational school, the author got a scientific, impersonal, fair and stimulating compensation system which fit the school, whose purposes were to stimulate the vitality of its teachers and gave something that others could learn from.
