The main purpose of the implementation for ordinary undergraduate biological curriculum criterion is to improve the biological of the every senior high school students. Scientific method education is an important aspect of scientific literacy education. This paper has a discussion of the questions about theories and practice of the scientific method education in senior high school biology teaching through the way of document research, questionnaire survey, interview and observation. And then the experiment of classroom teaching was carried out.Based on document research and investigation, we analyzes the current research situation and limitations (insufficient) for the scientific method education and application of biological scientific history in high school's biology teaching. The paper states the feasibility and necessity of biological scientific history development scientific method education in high school. The content, level and expression of the scientific method education in high school are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of the biology history are analyzed, in which realizing high school biology science education purposes. According to HPS and teaching procedures of inquiry learning, instructional strategy are discussed. This is focus on the "scientific method" guidance during the process of organization "inquiry-based learning" by applying the biology history. The instructional design of scientific method education of senior biology with the applying of scientific history are discussed, that is "Outstanding scientific method education purpose, With the development of the history of biology contexts for clues, With inquiry-based learning organization teaching mode".The author design the typical teaching case according to the contents of biology classroom teaching for grade two students, and cooperative with the high school biology teacher to conduct the experiment of classroom teaching. The research indicates that the applying of scientific history is greatly promote the implementation for scientific method education. The effect in scientific method experiment class is much better than the control class. The emotion of learning biology, such as interesting, attitude, method, positivity et al, make obvious different between the experiment class and the control class. Then, there are apparently different biological academic achievement between the experiment class and the control class. Illustrates the teaching methods of scientific method education of senior biological with the applying of scientific history is feasible and effective. Some relevant issues are also exist in the process of teaching experiment, such as no enough teaching time, neglect scientific method education in current senior biological evaluation and so on.
