Problem And Strategy Of The Basic-education Web Teaching And Research Investigation In The Region Of Jamusi

With the development of information technology and network technology in the last few years, web teaching and research, as a new form of teaching and research, silently appeared and became popular all over the country. It covered the shortage of traditional teaching and research and greatly encouraged teachers in these activities. Against this background, more and more researchers began to pay attention to web teaching. The purpose of this research are to discuss existing problems, as well as possible solutions, in the basic-education web teaching and research domain in the region of Jamusi, and to provide suggestions for the specification and supervision for the regional web teaching and research activities.This research included work as follows:Firstly, based on literature review, analysis and discussion of the connotation of web teaching and research and the relationship between traditional and web teaching and research are made. We analysed the characters and modes of web teaching and research from four aspects including master, environment, contents and organization strategy and attempted to find theoretical basis for web teaching and research in social constructivism, learning community theory and group dynamics theory. By analyzing the statics of related documents in the latest 10 years, the research condition and development trends are illustrated.Secondly, we made research of the fundamental state of the middle and primary school teachers in web teaching and research in the region of Ja mu si through questionnaires and interviews, and existing problems in the web teaching and research process were discussed by further analysis on the investigation results.Thirdly, considering the four dimensions including organization supervision, teachers' literacy for web teaching and research, resources and environment, we provided related solutions on the implementation and application level for the existing problems in the web teaching and research process in Ja mu si.Last, an network cooperation platform was established to validate the strategy for resource accumulation and professional web teaching and research platform construction. Further analysis on the results are made and well illustrated. The traditional and web teaching and research supplemented with each other. In the last few years, web teaching and research achieved great developments as a result of several objective reasons. The primary one was the complement and improvement to the traditional teaching and research from time, space and resource aspects that this new teaching and research form possessed. However, according to the study of the web teaching and research conditions in Jamusi, improvements are still needed in this domain. The suggestions and solutions provided in this research has certain influence in improving web teaching and research for middle and primary school teachers in Jamusi and could also serve as an reference for other similar regions.
