In recent years more and more people have be attracted to resistance training, athletes can be used to improve performance, ordinary people can be used to keep healthy, trauma patients or sports injuries can be used to recover and so on, people have realized to gain benefits from the different forms of resistance training. And step-walk has its unique features, it is not like normal walking away. For step-walk exercise has its own method, only correctly grasp the method, workout and preventing disease can achieve. Combined step-walk and resistance training, it can make step-walk exercise more interesting and practical.Through 18 weeks of step-walk training and resistance step-walk training, then comparatively analyses the middle-aged women's body shape index,body functional index and body quality of two teams. Probe the difference of resistance step-walk and step-walk,thus enriching resistance step-walk that can bring better building body and nourishing of life.Provide a useful reference to practice of health and disease prevention of middle-aged women resistance step-walk, and go step further,provide the basis for modern medicine,nutrition,aging problem and research.This paper will examine the 40 middle-aged women and divided averagely into normal step-walk and resistance step-walk two group, and according to two groups middle-aged women's physiology characteristic,exercise quantity and exercise load, follow the principle of gradual, do as much as women's strength, make and design step walk exercise plan, the whole exercise time is divided into three stages:adapting period (1~5 weeks),improve stage (6~13 weeks), stable stage (14 to 18 weeks), a middle-aged woman of different stages of participants (1) body configuration index, body function index, the physical quality indexes obtained by trip test, the results of transverse comparison between the two groups, the results show:1.In adapting period (1~5 weeks), the step walk middle-aged women fight resistance (1) body configuration index of subjects (except the waistline outside), body function index, the physical quality index (except the grip) and control group (normal step walk), p>0.05,do not have significant difference.2.In improving stage (6~13 weeks), the middle-aged female subjects body shape index, body function index,the physical quality index (out of the sit and reach proneness) and control group to make the comparative analysis indicates that are less than 0.01,p value has very significant difference.3.In stable stage (14 to 18 weeks), the middle-aged female subjects body physique's various indexes are compared with control less than 0.01 p value, and has very significant difference.
