The Study Of The Development Of University Students' Society In The Light Of Harmony

The document ([2004] 16) published by General Office of the CPC Central Committee definitely indicated that,"The ideological and political education of the undergraduates should be operated in students'society,""The Party and the League should be a primary contributor to the ideological and political education of the undergraduates,""We should enhance the guidance and the management of the students'society, help the society select instructors and support or lead it to hold the activities independently."Therefore, the precise study of the students'society plays an important role in the reinforcement and improvement of the ideological and political education of the undergraduates as well as the advancement of the students'healthy growth and all-round development.At present,"Harmonious Campus Construction"becomes a call for the study of the students'society. The sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee of the CPC pointed out that,"Social harmony is the nature property of Chinese socialism". Harmony becomes the main line of the implementation of various projects in the contemporary society. People also concern how to construct it. The study of society can supply the theoretical guidance of the development of students'society and bring the role of the students in constructing the harmonious campus into full play.The students'society promotes the construction of socialism and harmonious society with"democracy and government by law, equality and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor, stability, order and harmony between people and nature". The fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee of the CPC advanced a new, important statement of harmonious socialist society construction."Harmony"becomes the main tone of the strategic chance period in China. With the development of the higher education, the students'society in universities emerges as a situation of"all flowers bloom together, all schools of thought contend."Clearly, the trend of the development of the society is tending towards socialization. In the process of the students'society getting into the social entity, various kinds of students'society not only hold the activities with the help of the resources, such as people, property and belongings in the society, at the same time, contribute to the citizens'moral education, the society's development, progress and the harmonious society construction.With the focus issue of the students'society development in the light of harmony, based on the analysis of the role and the value of the society in constructing the harmonious campus and society as the basis, this paper aims at the problems effecting the development of students'society and explores the real paths to propel the scientific development of the students'society with consideration of the requirement for students'society in the harmonious society.The study will make an analysis about the sustainable and healthy development of the students'society in the new circumstance of harmonious socialist society. The introduction mainly talks about the goal and significance of the topic, the research situation at home and abroad and the research method to be adopted. The main body divides into three parts. Part one is about the significance of students'society in colleges and universities in the light of harmony. It includes the basic understanding of students'society, the times requirements and value evaluation for students'society in the light of harmony. The students'society is a students'organization which is made up according to the students'own interest and hold the activities to accomplish the students'wish on the basis of the rules. According to the documents ([2004] 16) published by General Office of the CPC Central Committee, the students society can be divided into four types: theoretical study society, interest and hobby society, academic and scientific society and social service society. With the development of higher education, the growing students'society becomes the main force to flourish the campus culture right now and can promote the construction of the harmonious campus. With the socialization of the students'society, and it exposes an unique role in promoting the social development and constructing the harmonious society. In part two, it makes an analysis of the situation and reason of the society's development in the light of harmony. In order to make the paper with more pertinence and authority, it will select the typical universities and make a questionnaire. The study strives to make a real reflection of the society development situation, according to the real survey, getting the real statistics and avoiding the void moralization. In part three, it mainly describes the developmental paths of the societies in the visual threshold of harmony.
