Study On Influencing Factors Of Participation In Leisure Of Professional Females In Changsha

The universal leisure society gets closer and closer to us. Leisure is the space of people's freedom and all-round development. It has become one of the important indicators of measuring people's living standard. It has also become a social problem which people increasingly concerned about. Leisure industries are developed in Changsha. Leisure consciousness of citizens is strong. Professional females as a special group of women,they have better economic base and cultural quality,but have to play more social role and undertake more pressure. There are difference in the situation of leisure and participation amog professional females. How to make professional females aware of the limitation of leisure,and understand the meaning of leisure right for their individual life,that is a problem worth studying.Firstly,according to the professional women's free listing, former research fruit,and the suggestion of experts, this study establishes the Influencing Factor System and Structural Model of participation in leisure of professional females in Changsha; secondly, this study collects first-hand information on situation of professional females'leisure in Changsha by mainly a questionnaire survey and supplementing a lot of interviews. Thirdly, this study analyzes the feature of situation which professional females participate in leisure in Changsha, using the analytical method of descriptive statistics,and analyzes the relationship between the situation of participation in leisure and the individual characteristic factor by the analytical method of correlation analysis. Fourthly,updating the Influencing Factor System and Structural Model of participation in leisure of professional females in Changsha by the analytical method of factor analysis and analysis of variances,and establishes a new Influencing Factor System and Structural Model of participation in leisure of professional females in Changsha,including 42 bottom factor and 8 sub-topic components. Meantime,this study analyzes the influence of bottom factor and sub-topic components (except the individual characteristic factor) on situation of professional females'leisure in Changsha, seeks the relation of the influencing degree of them. Fifthly, this study analyses and evaluates the importance and actual performance of influencing factors, concerns and recognizes the aspects which should be maintained and improved. Sixthly, this study exam the correlation relationship between sub-topic components (except the individual characteristic factor) and the situation of professional females'leisure in Changsha. Finally, this study brings forward a series of countermeasures to optimize the professional females'participation in leisure from the angle of government,public,enterprise and individuals.
