The proliferation of university students,not only posing challenge to the balance between supply and demand in the talent market,but also bringing a greater employment pressure to groups of university students.In the article,the author analysises the concrete manifestation of the employment pressure,the main features of reduction in the psychological adjustment ability and psychological problems type of employment, which detected from the current group of psychological problems arising in the present situation of the employment.Besides,the author also identifies the relationship between the employment pressure and the psychological problems of university students,thereby exploring multi-layered reasons for psychological problems of the employment,including the individual, society, school and family. On this basis, the author deeply discusses careers guidance needs of college students and the objective needs and expectations to overcome the psychological problems. Leading from the need of college students to overcome the psychological problems of the employment,the article seek to establish a multi-channel mechanism to aid student's psychological problems of employment,whose core is social support system, psychological assistance mechanisms of higher education employment and psychological adjustment mechanism of the individual. The author focuses on the current status of the employment guidance curriculum and proposed to reform the employment guidance curriculum accordingly. In order to guide students to rethink their own position,strengthen the capacity of self-adjustment and promote the student's socialization process, the author suggest to improve the density and intensity of instruction,adjust the content of relevant psychological courses,implement the non-graduating class's career guidance education.From intervention policy aspect in psychological problems of employment throughout the entire process of university education,the author raises to adopt a specific intervention strategies to aim at the different stages of college students from admission to graduation and focus on strengthening the establishment of early warning mechanisms and vocational psycho-educational,environmental adaptability training and anti-setback training,in order to detect of psychological problems of individual job-seekers timely and conduct effectivepsychological counseling accordingly. All in all,to construct a well-established university student's intervention mechanism for resolving the psychological problems of employment.
