In the 21st century, economic globalization and regional integration have burst over the world. At the same time, the'global village'is shrinking. Knowledge economy has become a leading economic type and technological competition is intensifying. Information technology and transportation has become a prerequisite for a fully competitive market. The national dependence and regional dependence have increased. Even the relationship between people and people is more closely. However, competition in all areas is getting intense. Knowledge economy requires knowledge production and technology development. Knowledge economy also needs the operation of high-tech industries and knowledge service. Today, knowledge innovation and the creative application of knowledge has become a yardstick to measure the competitive strength of any entity. Only enhance the innovation capability is a way to win in the competition. It all depends on the quality and quantity of human resources. And it also depends on national quality improvement and utilization of human resources. Marxist thinks that Human resource is the most valuable and human is the most active factor. Therefore, to fully exploit the potential of people has become an important part of national development.As the largest developing country, China has become the focus of world attention. Everyone wants to know that how is China to keep up with the pulse, take its own direction and achieve the great rejuvenation of China. With excellent geographical location and a good economic foundation, China's eastern coastal areas received more government attention and investment in education. The emergence of talent sprang up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. With the inconvenience of the geographic area and weak economic foundation, China's western regions get the 'special care'of the government and all sectors. Under a variety of benefits, Training of personnel is carried out in an orderly. Only the central region is neither a natural advantage nor care of the government. The provinces are most populated provinces, not just human resources provinces. Based on the research project background, purpose and meaning and familiarity with research methods, this paper introduces the central region for the study, which included Anhui, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Shanxi and Jiangxi. In this paper, the theory of investment in education and economic development has been compiled and evaluated. This paper translates data into the charts and finds the correlation of educational investment and economic development. Finally, according to lack of investment in education, this paper makes reasonable suggestions.
