Higher education college teachers as the executor of the whole higher education process plays an extremely important role, their faith in life and their state directly influences the higher education process. The new teachers is a group of younger working enthusiasm high special groups, they are the group who are the easiest most direct contact and communication with college students. The new teacher's attitude towards life and value pursuit and education idea determines their behavior in education in teaching activities of higher education, the direct impact on the actual effect. The direction of their occupational happiness conception will in a certain extent which affecting the university students' outlook on life and happiness, and will also be affected to the university development goals in some extent.Full-text was divided into four parts, the first chapter is the introduction of the new college teachers, related definition of the professional happiness conception, and the topic source, elaborates the topic-selection significance; The second chapter related literature review and commentary to the domestic and foreign relevant theory as a foundation; The third chapter is about empirical analysis, using the factor analysis method, draw in universities in the new teacher career mortal status, and analysis of the causes. Chapter four is the conclusion, and exploring and imagining of the university new teachers' occupational mortal on the current situation.Through investigation, the situation of new teachers' occupational happiness about our country in universities is about:first, the overall new teacher's career happiness conception in universities presented positive; Second, the influence factors on the new teacher's career happiness conception in universities presented objectivity, Third, the evaluation standard on the new teacher's career happiness conception in universities presented materialized tendency; Fourth, the new teacher's career happiness conception in universities displayed the ignoring of their own conditions Five, the new teacher's career happiness on the different sexes and the different teaching time exist significant differences.Lead the new teacher in universities to establish correct professional happiness should be from five aspects:first, strengthens the collectivism mortal education and teamwork, Second, to improve college new teachers' salaries satisfaction, Three, guiding the new college teachers to finish the role change, Fourth, to strengthen the college teachers group to know the relationship between teachers and students, Five, advocating the college new teacher to hold happiness consciously.
