Teachers' Co-operative Research On Developing Students' Behaviour

Education in moral character lies in a leading part in school education, and it is also a key link. Moral education is through school education and teaching as well as all aspects of students'daily life.Developing or training the habits of students'moral behaviour plays a leading and decisive role in helping students with their entire development. Co-operation between teachers not only develop teachers' indiviaual achievements, but it has also an important meaning in knowledge management inside school, knowledge share and organization of study. Being a teacher, it is my consistent aim for 16 years to work together with each other so as to improve students' learning abilities effectively and develop their moral character.I have made a survey about teachers'cooperation in a primary-junior school in Daqing. And I have also given an interview of four teachers on it. The result shows that there are three reasons of successful cooperation in developing students'moral behaviour. First, It is foundation that teachers have cooperative consciousness of initiative and willingliness. Second, It is power that teachers make common aspirations for their school prospect from their deep hearts. Third, it is a crux to form an entire spirit inside school and give some successful cooperative tactics according to these results.In this essay I make a concrete way to deal with a situation by my observing and thinking about the teachers'teaching theory cooperative consciousness and eduacational apprasal.Meanwhile I find out exactly their careless omission during cooperation between teachers at present so that we can draw lessons from that in effective cooperation inside school, developing students'moral character and raising efficency, also that we can give some reference and inspiration for further cooperative research between teachers. Through Socical Depending on Each Other for Existence Theory, Social Structuralism Theory, Symbiotic Theory and Cooperation and Debate Theory, this essay expounds the imporance of cooperation in both individual and group's achieving the goal,completing the task and encouraging eachother. From that we can make a theoretical base in teachers' cooperation.Each one has his specific advantage. Every workmate around us is specific and valuable learning resources. We should learn from each other and help each other. In teaching and studying cooperation will initiate a very wide propect in developing students'moral behaviour.
