At present, under the guidance of policy of vigorously developing vocational education, high vocational education has developed healthily and become an important part in high education system in China. In addition, the characteristics of high vocational colleges and the factors such as vocational college students' professional orientation determine the higher vocational colleges should import enterprise management model which has been recognized by the society. Therefore, higher vocational college student management work should adapt the enterprise mode in higher vocational colleges. The management of students also appeared some problems as student management work is difficult, the student management guiding ideology, method and means lag, the student management team is unstable which lack of professional teachers in student's ideological and political education work and etc. In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational college makes the numbers of students raise rapidly. The composition of freshmen's quality tends to be complicated which increased the difficulty for the student management in higher vocational colleges. All these new situation and question are urgently required the students'managers explore new management mode to meet the current college student management in higher vocational colleges. Thus the student management pattern innovation, cultivating students to be high-quality professionals with theoretical knowledge and strong practice ability, facing the basic-level production, the service and management, is urgent the problem to be solved in high vocational colleges.This study focuses on how to apply advanced concepts and culture of enterprise to the students management. Concrete contents are from the following four parts:The first part defines model, the student management pattern, the management concepts in enterprise, enterprise culture and the student management model, gives students management enterprise mode with new connotation which refers to the various education, management and service for students, under the guidance of the advanced enterprise concept and enterprise culture, , which improve the comprehensive quality of vocational college students under the guidance of enterprises advanced theory, to make them social needed skilled talents. The second part is an overview of the student management in high vocational colleges. This part analyzes the main characteristics of high vocational colleges and the particularity identity of the students as colleges customer and the characteristics of high vocational students at present that are matriculate quality declining, strong skill application ability and practice ability, complex psychological quality, in"psychological weaning period", high employment pressure, etc. In addition, this part analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional student management, and the challenge that brings by current management work faces talent demand diversity, the talent training mode reform, the network information, of socialization of logistics management in high vocational education, diversified situation of high vocational education development, etc. It explores the urgency of new pattern of student management in high vocational college through the above analysis.The third part is the feasibility analysis on leading enterprise management mode into student management in vocational colleges. Mainly from the following four aspects: the high vocational colleges have the basis to introduce enterprise management mode, high vocational colleges has market power of introducing enterprise management mode, enterprise management mode achieve the school-running conception, campus culture and enterprise culture have compatibility.The fourth part is the construction enterprise management mode of students. The students system management imitate enterprise performance appraisal system, evaluation responsibility system, regular meeting system, personnel management system, supervision and independent system, authorization management system and apply to student management, "enterprise management simulation mode"in class management enables the student to advance the work experience. In addition, it introduces advanced ideas, such as it applies it mix the enterprise 6S management culture and the students' quality education, it instills the idea of "consolidation, clean, literacy, safe, clean" to the daily behavior and thought of students, the fine management theory is applied to the level that elaborate is attitude, fineness is the process, exquisite is effect. The application of incentive theory is more suitable for the different characteristics of the students in high vocational colleges, which makes students improve in full of confidence and self-esteem environment.Student management enterprise mode in high vocational college is a new attempt in the college student management. The model lays a good foundation for students to zero distance employment and provides an effective way for cultivating students as high-quality talents.
