Network-based teaching research system is a new kind of teaching research system which is based on the network platform and the advance of the new curricu-lum reform. It not only includes the main contents about the network-based teaching research, but also provides specific protection to carry out the network-based teaching research effectively, to improve teachers'wisdom, to help them achieve professional development, and to form a good teaching research culture. Meanwhile, it has a guiding and restrictive force in the implementation of the network-based teaching research.It is necessary to carry out network-based teaching research system in the Primary Vocational School in Q District. First, it is the real need of solving the problems in the process of the school network-based teaching research. One of the main problems is about the initiation and adaptability when the teachers involved in the school network-based teaching research. Another one is the sustainability and participation of them. And it is also concerned with organization and management between the network-based and conventional teaching research. How to solve these outstanding issues? One of the strategies is to construct the network-based teaching research system and guarantee it to take effect. Second, it is based on the function and role of the system itself. It is formulated and applied according to the main contents of the network-based teaching research, so it not only helps ensure the teachers' practice in the network-based teaching research, helps enhance the effectiveness between the network-based and conventional teaching research, but has a significant role in improving the professional standards of the whole group as well. The implementation of the network-based teaching research system includes two parts:the program and the specific composition of the system. The program is about how to construct and carry out the system, and to reflect on the changes after that. The specific composition of the system includes these four aspects:activity, examination, evaluation and security. Among them, the activity system which involves evaluating the lessons each other on line after listened, on-line teaching reflection, theme class following up and on-line forum is the core of the system, while the other three have provided effective support and protection in the implementation of the system. After more than a year, the study on the system in the Primary Vocational School in Q District has proved its practical feasibility. And it's also proved that the system has made real results in promoting professional development of teachers, in building a new kind of teaching research pattern and contributing to the school cultural construction.There are some thoughts about improving the system. The author reflected from the three aspects:teachers'attitude to the system, issues in the implementation of the system and problems of the system itself. For revealing the problems and causes, the author suggested fully respecting teachers'subjective consciousness of participating in the evaluation, improving evaluation to enhance "quality" and "quantity" of the tea-ching research, offering further support for developing school network platform and technology, strengthening organization and management between the network-based and conventional teaching research and widening the field of the network-based teaching research platform to a deeper extension. The author also suggested that the system show a little difference because of the teachers'disparity in age and find the balance between its rigid and flexible requirements.The study on the system implementation of network-based teaching research in the Primary Vocational School in Q District is just a stage of the whole process. The conclusion will continue to be further verified and probed. In other words, network-based teaching research system will continue to be improved in the Primary Vocation-al School in Q District in the future, so that it can serve the network-based teaching research better.
