Research On Online Learning Community Problem-solving Model

The development of the computer and internet has enabled people to cooperate, communicate and share information with each other. Online learning community comes from the application of internet technology and community into education. Problem-solving, cooperation and their attitudes is the core of originality. So the focus of the present research is about the integration of online learning community and problem-solving model. Based on the research, an online-based learning community problem-solving model is put forward. The present thesis has done the following work.1.A literature review of problem, problem-solving and problem-solving models.2.A literature review of community, learning community and online learning community.3.The presentation of learning community problem-solving model and a theoretical probe into the process, types and design of the model.4.An application of the model into the present writer's own teaching, and demonstration of learners'improved problem solving ability, cooperation and their attitudes to learning by means of qualitative and quantitative study. It is an effective model that students like.Finally, the thesis summaries findings and shortcoming of the research, and offers some views about future research.
