In this essay the research object is GuangzhouBaiyun Commerce Techs school. Guangzhou Baiyun Commerce techs school had already founded for 21 years, which is a very typical private-run vocational colleges. The reason why I choose private-run vocational college teachers'career management as my research object is because private-run vocational schools transported a large number of high-skilled talents. Private-run vocational education is another leg of the national vocational education.A high quality, high levels of teachers' team is the key to the development of the school, however one of the biggest problems in private vocational colleges is teachers. Two attributive words "private" and "vocational" add in front of the teachers, which makes this group of teachers are quite different. I also belong to this group. So I choose this school as research object to oneself, to the school and to the professional education is meaningful.This essay is based on the questionnaire survey to teachers' professional career management. Using interviews to understand teacher's career development idea and the demand of national policy as well as reveal individual, schools, relevant policies of teacher career development constraints and put forward the corresponding suggestion.Through the research I found that restrict private vocational college teachers' career development factors as follows:(1) the individual teacher has unconsciousness career development plan, (2) the school of management highly influence teachers' career development, (3) governments at all levels ignore relevant policy, human rescources and social benefit system against the development of teachers'career. Private vocational college teachers should have active career management consciousness. Private vocational colleges should have modern management concept, people-oriented, standing on the higher broader angle to treat teacher professional career development, and using scientific management methods to promote teachers' career development. The government should support the teacher professional development in private school and provide favorable conditions. So two "legs" will walk more harmonious.
