Class culture refers to the integration of norms,values,thinking mode and b ehavior in classroom teaching process. Along with the development of educatio n and social, from the perspective of class culture, education research and teac hing building has become an important research idea, each school class culture for the building also have been given high attention. However, the traditional culture has the very distinctive features about authority, deviation and monotoni city,so it apparently has been difficult to adapt the development of The Times and the needs of the new curriculum reform.In the 1990s, for life becoming a new perspective in school education research in China, which adapts the peop le-oriented school education concept, concept of life will be in clas. The value orientation of the new class culture with respect cultural construction would al so be a necessity. Firstly this paper review traditional classroom teaching and t raditional class culture and the present situation of ideological and moral chara cter class, through the reflection of the class culture reconstruction necessity an d urgency, then from the definition, contents, features, functions with respect to such aspects as value orientation of class culture deeply. On this basis, the au thor combined with experience,characteristics of the high school ideological and political education and interviews,discusses the current situation with respect t o the core value orientation of class culture construction strategy,proceed with education conception update, teacher-student relationship, and the reconstruction of the education community building, the construction of class environment, th e perfect way to communication mode and the scientific education evaluation method, etc.
