The cooperation of schools and families can create a better educational environment for students, and it can also make a harmonious relationship between schools and families, in order to combine their power. In recent years, though the importance of the cooperation of parents, teachers and schools has been widely noticed, there are still many deficiencies in concrete situations. Especially in Jiading district, with the development of the city there are students from many places all over the country, as a result, their parents also have different educational background and social conditions. It brings many new challenges for schools.Basic on the research of both domestic and abroad information, and with making interviews around the whole district, this paper chose parents, teachers, and school leaders from four typical primary school to make questionnaires and interviews. It also made an analysis on the cooperation situation of schools and parents nowadays, in order to find out the main factors which influent the cooperation between schools and parents most. The factors of school include the ideas of the managers, the ability of teachers, the contents and ways of the cooperation between schools and parents; on the other side, the factors of families include ideas of parents, the structure of families, and the educational expectation for children and so on.This paper also gave some useful and feasible strategies from microcosmic view from inner parts of schools and problems of the cooperation situation between families and schools of Jiading district. They are including create better environment between families and schools, divide different responsibilities of schools and families clearly, make progress on cooperation system, make fully use of the parents'committee; improve teachers' training and the ability of cooperation; enrich the contents of the cooperation, accomplish the high level cooperation; create new ways of the cooperation, accelerate omni directional cooperation; improve school research, establish pluralistic cooperation system.
